Backstory:
Weekly Identification was formed on a quiet suburban street in Richmond, Virginia. Three childhood friends—Jonas, Eli, and Lu—had always shared a common love for music, so when they found an old guitar in Jonas’ basement, they decided to form a band. Initially, they started out as a cover band, playing in their parent’s garage and at local high schools. Their unique sound and raw talent soon caught the attention of a local record producer who saw their potential and offered them a chance to record their original songs. Over the years, Weekly Identification has evolved, with their sound reflecting their journey from humble beginnings to the popular band they are today.
