Backstory:
Weepy Value was born in the grungy, graffiti-lined alleys of Brooklyn, New York in 2010. The band’s founders, lead vocalist Luca Brixton and guitarist Theo ‘Riff’ Malone, met while working in the same music store. Their shared love for profound, emotive music, and their knack for creating stirring melodies, led them to form Weepy Value. Joined by drummer Sophia ‘Crash’ Turner and bassist Richie ‘Groove’ Harrison, they started creating music that mirrored their raw emotions and the chaotic beauty of their city.
The band released their debut album in 2013. It was well received and quickly gained a cult following for its introspective lyrics and grungy melodies. Their subsequent albums explored new depths of their emotional landscape, etching their unique sound into the heart of the indie rock scene.
