Backstory:
Wordy Offender was born out of the quiet suburban town of Whittier, California, in the unassuming garage of drummer, James ‘Jay’ Feldman. Jay, alongside his high school friends, lead vocalist and guitarist Ray Beckett, bassist, Ian ‘E’ Corbin, and keyboardist, Sam ‘Keys’ Morris, decided to give their passion for words and music a shot in the summer of 2007. They started off by playing at local gigs, impressing the audience with their unique blend of words and music, which led to their unusual band name ‘Wordy Offender’. Their friendship and shared love for music allowed them to blend their unique talents into a sound all their own. As their popularity grew, they released their first EP in 2010 which won the hearts of a dedicated fan base.
