“Bitter Sweet Reality”
Full Song Lyrics with Chord Progression:
(Verse 1)
Em G D A
Waking up to a bitter sweet reality,
Em G D A
Our dreams are trapped in a silent melody.
Em G D A
We’re young and wild, free like a summer breeze,
Em G D A
But time keeps moving, no pause, no freeze.
(Chorus)
C G D Em
In this smug end, we find our clarity,
C G D Em
Chasing shadows, dancing with serenity.
C G D Em
Hold on tight, let’s ride this journey,
C G D Em
In this smug end, we’ll write our own story.
(Verse 2)
Em G D A
Painting our dreams with colors so bright,
Em G D A
In the canvas of life, under the moonlight.
Em G D A
We’re just stardust scattered in this universe,
Em G D A
Trying to find meaning, in verse after verse.
(Chorus)
C G D Em
In this smug end, we find our liberty,
C G D Em
Turning darkness into a symphony.
C G D Em
Hold on tight, let’s fight this entropy,
C G D Em
In this smug end, we’ll make our own history.

Testimonial:
“As an avid music lover, Smug End instantly caught my attention. Their raw yet harmonious sound is both appealing and refreshing. But what truly makes Smug End my favorite band is their authenticity. Their lyrics resonate with me, accompanying me through my own journey of self-discovery and self-expression. Each song tells a story that’s both personal and universal. In “Bitter Sweet Reality”, I found solace, strength, and inspiration. Smug End’s music is a testament that even in the seemingly ‘smug end’, there is a new beginning.”
