Backstory:
Equatorial Dialogue was formed in 2015, originating from the vibrant city of Miami, Florida. The band owes its formation to the serendipitous meeting of lead vocalist Eli Rivers and drummer Noah ‘Thundersticks’ Sims in a local record store. Their shared love for world music and a desire to break the conventions of Western music led to the birth of Equatorial Dialogue. Later, they were joined by bassist Jane ‘Bassline’ Gilbert and guitarist Alex ‘The Strummer’ Williams. Together, they embarked on a journey to create unconventional, soul-stirring music that resonates with the diverse soundscapes of the world.
Their journey was not without its obstacles. Early on, they faced criticism for their unconventional sound, but their passion for music and strong belief in their vision carried them through. Equatorial Dialogue gradually gained a dedicated fan base, drawn by their unique music, energetic performances, and the heartfelt messages their songs conveyed, making them a sensation in the global music scene.
