Backstory:
Thick Revenue was born in the bustling streets of San Francisco back in 2013 when four childhood friends found their shared passion for music. The band comprises of lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist, Jake Dillard, lead guitarist, Noah Calhoun, bassist, Mark Castellano, and drummer, Teddy Simmons. Each member brought a unique touch to the band, creating a musical fusion that defied conventions and created a genre of their own. They started playing in local bars, subway stations, and house parties, but their talent soon caught the eye of a local record producer, and they rapidly ascended to national stardom.
Genre:
Thick Revenue’s music is best described as a mix of indie rock and blues with a touch of funk, essentially creating their own sub-genre fondly termed by their fans as ‘groove rock’.
