Vain Opposition

Backstory:
Vain Opposition was formed in 2007, in the midst of a bustling New York City music scene. The members, lead singer Jake Fisher, guitarist Ryan Kennedy, drummer Dylan Maxwell, and bassist Alex Thompson, were high school friends who shared a passion for music, a knack for rebellion, and a yearning to create something unique and raw. The group initially played small gigs at underground venues, slowly gathering a following with their distinct sound and rebellious ethos.

In 2010, Vain Opposition was discovered by a veteran music producer who was captivated by their electrifying performances and unique take on Rock music. This fateful meeting marked the band’s transition from playing local shows to selling out large venues and reaching wider audiences. Despite their fame, the band remains true to their roots, consistently delivering what their fans love – raw, unfiltered, and passionate music.
