Backstory:

Formed in the eclectic music hub of Nashville, Tennessee, Dry Election is a four-member band that began their journey in 2015. The band consists of Juliette Reynolds (lead vocals, guitar), Max Leeson (drums), Oliver Hartley (bass), and Eddie Thompson (keyboards, backing vocals). All of them met at a local music festival, where their shared love for creating something fresh and unique out of traditional styles led to the formation of Dry Election. The band derives its name from the Prohibition era, a nod to their fascination with history and a metaphor for their goal to bring about a ‘Dry Election’ in the music industry – a revolution in favor of authentic, substance-driven music.
