Backstory:
Perky Roll was born in the vibrant streets of New York City, where four like-minded musicians met at a music festival and realized their shared passion for groovy music. The band members were Vince “Perky” Perkins, the lively and charismatic vocalist; Rebecca “Roll” Rollo, the band’s cool and collected drummer; Samuel “Strings” Stringer, the melodiously gifted guitarist; and Arnold “Bassman” Bass, the band’s soulful bassist. After their first impromptu jam session on a crowded subway, they felt a unique chemistry and decided to form a band. Thus, Perky Roll was born, combining their energy and passion for their chosen genre.

The band started by performing at local bars and street festivals, gaining a loyal following with their energetic performances and unique sound. Their fame started to spread beyond their local community when their YouTube video of an impromptu subway jam session went viral. Perky Roll was known for their dynamic performances, fusing traditional elements with modern grooves, creating a unique sound that resonates with audiences of all ages.
