Backstory:
Tinted Cook was born in a cluttered kitchen in the heart of Portland, Oregon. The five members, all culinary school dropouts, discovered a shared love of music while experimenting with food flavors and innovative cooking methods. They began jamming together after hours, using cooking pots as drums and spatulas as drumsticks. Their music, like their food, has an eclectic flavor, a blend of different musical genres seasoned with a pinch of culinary jargon. From singing about a bad day as a ‘burnt soufflé’ to love being as ‘sweet as caramelized onions,’ their quirky lyrics and rhythmic beats quickly garnered a loyal fan base.
