Backstory:
Comprising four childhood friends from a small town in Illinois, ‘Experienced Glance’ was born in the basement of lead guitarist, Jake Holden’s house in 2009. They had common interests in music and a desire to express their views on society, growing pains, and love through the universal language of music. As they journeyed through high school, the quartet spent countless hours honing their musical skills, often finding solace and escape from their mundane routines in the magical world of melodies and rhythms.

Jake Holden (lead guitarist and vocalist), Matt Davis (drummer), Tom Dawson (bass guitarist), and Harry Collins (keyboardist) started out playing at local bars, cafes, and college festivals, earning a modest but devoted local fanbase. Their big break came in 2015, when one of their demo tapes found its way to a renowned record label executive, leading to their first record deal. ‘Experienced Glance’ has since made their name as a band that offers a deep, insightful perspective on life through their music.
