Backstory:
Coordinated Pollution is a dynamic and eccentric group hailing from the bustling streets of London, England. The band was formed in 2012 by childhood friends, lead vocalist and bassist, Jake ‘Fumes’ Stilton, and drummer, Angus ‘Smog’ O’Connell. The pair was later joined by talented guitarist and backup vocalist, Harry ‘Pollutant’ Hackett, who brought with him a unique sound and innovative ideas. The name ‘Coordinated Pollution’ was chosen as an ironic reflection of their shared concern for the environment and the need for coordinated efforts to reduce pollution.
Genre:
They are primarily a punk rock band, but their music also incorporates elements of alternative rock and grunge. Their sound is noted for its raw energy, thought-provoking lyrics, and the unique blend of bass-heavy grooves and gritty guitar riffs.
