Backstory:

Decisive Roof started off as a group of college friends who shared a common room in a dormitory with a literal leaky roof. The leaky roof was a constant inconvenience, but it also served as a metaphor for their lives at that point, which were full of uncertainty, confusion, and a constant search for the right decisions. The four friends – Gary, Jack, Emily, and Fred decided to turn their shared hardship into a creative outlet, drawing inspiration from their unique experiences. They used the frustration of their circumstances to fuel a musical exploration, and thus, Decisive Roof was born.

The band’s journey from a dormitory band to a nationally acclaimed act wasn’t without its share of challenges. However, they continuously weathered the storms, drawing from their initial struggles and channeling these experiences into their music. Their realness and relatability have earned them a dedicated fan base that resonates with their journey.
