Backstory:
Other Sensation is a band that began its journey in the heart of Seattle, Washington, in 2010. The group was formed by childhood friends, Jonathon “Blast” Blauvelt and Jessica “Jazz” Zaire, who shared an unyielding passion for music. They began simply, writing songs in their parents’ basements, dreaming of the day they would carve out their name in the music industry. Two years later, they added a drummer, Chris “Crash” Thompson, and a bassist, Lily “Lush” Evans, both recruited from the local music scene. They chose the name Other Sensation as a nod to the feeling their music gave them, and they hoped it would elicit the same from their audience.
