Overcooked Spot

Backstory:
Overcooked Spot was born in a cramped, sweltering garage in the heart of Corpus Christi, Texas. It was the brainchild of two childhood friends, Billy Skerritt and Sergio Guzman, who started jamming together during their high school days. They were bonded by a shared love for music and an insatiable desire to create something that spoke to their generation. Soon they were joined by bassist Amy Dodds and drummer Alex “Mad Dog” Maddox, adding a new depth to their sound. Their camaraderie and chemistry were palpable, and Overcooked Spot soon began to carve out a niche for themselves in the local music scene.

Years of playing in local bars, honing their skills, and fine-tuning their sound eventually led to a record deal with an indie label. Their debut album, “The Garage Sessions,” was released to critical acclaim, and their fan base started to grow rapidly. Overcooked Spot has since toured the country, performing at music festivals and opening for established bands. Despite their success, they have never forgotten their roots and still perform in their beloved Texas whenever they get the chance.

(Verse 1)
[G] Picking up the pieces of [C] shattered yesterdays

[G] We’ve got the music, and [C] we’ve got the rhyme

[G] Broken dreams and ragged scars, [C] bittersweet victories
[D] We’re just battered sketches [G] in the symphony

(Repeat Chorus)
