Backstory:
Robust Material was born in the streets of Detroit, Michigan, in 2008, when four high school friends – Charlie (bass), Alex (drums), Steve (guitar), and Toby (lead vocals) – formed a band to escape their mundane routines and express their creative spirits. Each member brought his unique style and sound, creating a blend of eclectic and raw music which quickly captivated the local music scene. The band gained recognition with their first self-titled album, “Robust Material,” which was an independent release. They shot to fame when their single “Steel Echoes,” a nod to Detroit’s industrial legacy, caught the attention of a major record label.

Title:
“Unbreakable Reverie”
Full Song Lyrics:
(Verse)
C Am G F
I’m lost in a city, where the lights don’t sleep,
C Am G F
Chasing shadows, secrets we keep.
C Am G F
In the midnight gloom, where the rusted towers weep,
C Am G F
We find our unbreakable reverie deep.
(Chorus)
C Am G F
Unbreakable Reverie, under the neon light,
C Am G F
We are the children of the night.
C Am G F
Unbreakable Reverie, in the steel echo’s flight,
C Am G F
Our spirits, oh they shine so bright.
(Verse)
C Am G F
In the heart of the city, the rhythm of the street,
C Am G F
Pounding like the heartbeat, moving to the beat.
C Am G F
Through the shattered glass, and the concrete heat,
C Am G F
We carve our unbreakable reverie sweet.
(Chorus)
C Am G F
Unbreakable Reverie, in the city’s embrace,
C Am G F
We are the song in this place.
C Am G F
Unbreakable Reverie, in the industrial grace,
C Am G F
Our music, it leaves no trace.
