Backstory:

Clear Change was formed in 2018 in the lively city of Austin, Texas, known for its vibrant music scene. The band consists of four members: lead vocalist and guitarist, Jake Reynolds; drummer, Alex ‘Shades’ Thompson; bassist, Paul ‘Ringo’ McKinley; and keyboardist, Samantha ‘Sam’ Carter. They each brought something unique and special to the table, merging their diverse musical backgrounds and influences into a single, cohesive sound that became Clear Change. Their shared passion for making music that resonates with the soul and transcends the ordinary led to the creation of their band.

The bandmates first crossed paths at various open mic nights across the city and soon realized their shared musical vision. They initially began jamming together in their backyards and garages, leading to the birth of Clear Change. Their chemistry was undeniable, and although they faced numerous challenges, their persistent spirit led to the creation of their sweet, soulful sound.
