Backstory:
Identical Version was formed in the heart of London during a musical festival in 2012. The group comprises four friends who had a shared love for music and a similar vision of creating melodies that were timeless. Alex Johnson on vocals, Mark ‘Bassman’ Jones on the bass guitar, Sean ‘Groovy’ Anderson on the drums, and Luke ‘Melody’ Williams on the lead guitar. As they played impromptu gigs around the festival, they were discovered by a talent scout who was impressed by their originality and synergy. Soon after, they bagged their first record deal and haven’t looked back since.

Identical Version is known for their unpretentious style and relatable lyrics. They have a unique way of incorporating personal anecdotes in their music which resonates with the listeners.
