Song Title:
“Back to Heartbeat”
Full Song Lyrics:
[Verse 1]
Em C G
I hear the rain, it’s calling,
D Em
Lamenting for the lost,
Em C G
The stars above us, falling,
D Em
Paying the ultimate cost.
[Chorus]
G
Take me back to heartbeat,
D
Where love was free and wild,
Em C
Where dreams were more than fleeting,
D
And life was but a child.
[Verse 2]
Em C G
Underneath the wide-open sky,
D Em
Shadows dance in the night,
Em C G
Lost in time, we’re asking why,
D Em
Seeking the morning light.
[Chorus]
G
Take me back to heartbeat,
D
Where the soul could feel,
Em C
Where the world was at our feet,
D
Where everything was real.
[Bridge]
G D
Through the ashes, through the sorrow,
Em C
We’ll find our way back home,
G D
Hoping for a brighter tomorrow,
Em C
No longer left to roam.
[Chorus]
G
Take me back to heartbeat,
D
Where we once belonged,
Em C
Where every moment was sweet,
D
Where every note was a song.
[End]
Em C G
In the end, we’re just passing,
D Em
Like whispers in the wind,
Em C G
Remembering the feeling,
D Em
Of the heartbeat from within.
