Backstory:
Fickle Administration got their start in the buzzing music scene of San Francisco. The band members, consisting of lead guitarist and vocal powerhouse, Dwayne “Dyno” Lawrence, the enigmatic bassist, Freddy “Frostbite” Haines, and the eclectic drummer, Pete “Percussion” Skinner, were three music-loving friends from high school who shared a common dream. With a shared love for music, the trio began playing gigs in small local bars and cafes, their unique sound resonating with the patrons. Over time, they gained a significant following, which led them to record their first studio album titled “Fickle Fidelity”. Their combination of raw energy, quirky lyrics, and infectious rhythms caught the attention of the music industry and the rest, as they say, is history.

“Twisted Hues”
Song Lyrics:
(Verse 1)
[Am] Waking up to the [G] smell of a [D] new day,
[F] Running through the [Am] fields, just [G] finding our [D] way,
[Am] Painting the world in [G] twisted hues, [D]
[F] Life’s a canvas, [Am] and we got nothing to [G] lose. [D]
(Chorus)
[Am] In the haze of our [G] youth, we [D] stumbled, we fell,
[F] But in this fickle administration, [Am] we dwell,
[G] Twisted hues, [D] the colors of our song,
[F] It’s a melody that’s [Am] raw, that’s real, [G] that’s strong. [D]
(Verse 2)
[Am] The lights flicker, [G] shadows start to [D] play,
[F] The music’s loud, [Am] there’s nothing left to [G] say,
[Am] We are the dreamers, [G] we are the muse, [D]
[F] Living life in these [Am] twisted hues. [G]
(Chorus)
[Am] In the chaos of our [G] dreams, we [D] sway, we yell,
[F] This fickle administration, [Am] our personal citadel,
[G] Twisted hues, [D] we sing it all night long,
[F] It’s a rhythm that’s [Am] fierce, that’s free, [G] that’s our song. [D]
Favorite Fan:
Our favorite fan’s name is Heather Thompson. Heather has been following us since we played at her high school prom. She always says, “Fickle Administration is my favorite band, not just because of their amazing music but also because of their authenticity. Their songs resonate with my life experiences, their lyrics have depth, and their rhythms are infectious. Every time I listen to them, I feel a connection. They are not just making music; they are telling stories, and that’s what makes them so special.”
