Backstory:
Shiny Nightmare was born in the heart of Los Angeles in 2015, bringing together four passionate musicians with widely diverse backgrounds. The band was formed by frontwoman Jessica “Jex” Brewer, a classically trained pianist, drummer Alex “The Hammer” Hamilton, a veteran of the city’s punk scene, guitarist Kai “Shred” Sheldon, a virtuoso hailed from the metal community, and bassist Luna “Loony” Lawson, a jazz enthusiast. This eclectic mix of influences led to the creation of a unique sound that quickly captured the attention of the underground music scene in LA. Their dedication to maintaining creative freedom and making music that is true to their roots has earned them a loyal fan base across the globe.
