Backstory:
Stylish Dust was formed in the quaint town of Chesterfield, Missouri, where four high-school friends discovered their shared passion for music. They were all part of the school choir and often played music together during their free time. The band consists of lead vocalist and bassist, Max “Stylish” James, guitarist and backing vocalist, Jake “Dust” Gordon, drummer, Chris “Beat” Foster, and keyboardist, Emily “Key” Saunders. One day, after a particularly intense jamming session, they decided to take their passion to professional heights and thus, Stylish Dust was born. The band name pays homage to Max and Jake who initiated this journey.

Title:
“Echoes of Yesterday”
Full Song Lyrics:
(Verse 1)
[G] Found a picture of [D] you, from the [Em] days we were [C] young
[G] Smiling with eyes that [D] held the [Em] sun [C]
[G] Echoes of [D] yesterday, [Em] a time when we [C] were one
[G] Now those days are [D] gone, and [Em] we’ve [C] begun
(Chorus)
[G] Echoes of [D] yesterday, [Em] they’re so [C] distant now
[G] Yet in my heart, they [D] play, a [Em] distant sound [C]
[G] A melody of [D] memories, [Em] hidden in the [C] crowd
[G] Echoes of [D] yesterday, [Em] they’re so [C] profound
(Verse 2)
[G] Our dreams were [D] woven, on a [Em] canvas so [C] vast
[G] But the colors have [D] faded, [Em] in the [C] past
[G] Echoes of [D] yesterday, [Em] they linger [C] last
[G] A ghostly refrain, [D] from the [Em] mast [C]
(Chorus)
[G] Echoes of [D] yesterday, [Em] they’re so [C] distant now
[G] Yet in my heart, they [D] play, a [Em] distant sound [C]
[G] A melody of [D] memories, [Em] hidden in the [C] crowd
[G] Echoes of [D] yesterday, [Em] they’re so [C] profound.
