Backstory:

“Noxious Railway” was born in the dimly lit basements of Boston, Massachusetts. Comprised of four members – Sam Walker on vocals, Alex Page on lead guitar, Kyle Anderson on drums, and Joe Norton on bass – the band formed in 2010 through a shared love for gritty, industrial soundscapes and a desire to push the boundaries of their music. Growing up in the heart of the city, they found inspiration in the incessant noise of the railway lines, the grinding churn of gears and machinery, the piercing whistles, and the sense of movement and momentum. It was from this unconventional muse that they drew their unique name.

The band sharpened their teeth on local gigs, playing in every pub and club that would have them, earning a reputation for their raw, powerful performances. In a short time, they garnered a fan base that resonated with their truth-telling lyrics and harsh, yet compelling sound. They found their message echoing louder and louder in the heart of their city, and eventually, beyond it.

Fan:

Their favorite fan is a woman named Linda Roberts. Linda has attended every gig, rain or shine, within a hundred-mile radius of Boston since their first performance. She brags about having the most extensive Noxious Railway merchandise collection, and even named her cat “Noxie” in admiration of the band.
