1. Backstory
In the heart of San Francisco during the vibrant years of the early 2000s, an eclectic group of musicians found themselves united by their shared love for music that didn’t fit neatly into a single genre. They called themselves ‘Snappy Thought’, a nod to their propensity for spontaneous, innovative music creation. The band consists of four members: Ben, the affable lead vocalist and guitarist; Emma, the introverted drummer known for her spellbinding rhythms; Lucy, the charismatic keyboardist and backing vocalist; and George, the solitary bassist who is the backbone of the band. What started as impromptu jam sessions in a tiny garage, evolved into something far greater than any of them could have anticipated.

Snappy Thought’s journey has been anything but conventional. Despite the volatile nature of the music industry, and the personal challenges that tested their unity, the band maintained their commitment to create music that resonates with people on a deep and personal level. Their songs are often described as autobiographical, derived from their experiences and observations.
