Backstory:
Fantastic Respect was born out of the eclectic suburbs of Austin, Texas, in 2015, made up of four childhood friends with an insatiable love for music and a burning desire to mark their own legacy in the music industry. The band consists of lead vocalist/guitarist Matt Hills, bassist Ellie Stevens, drummer Ryan McManus, and keyboardist Sam Jenkins. Their bond was solidified in high school when they won a local talent contest, inspiring them to take their musical journey further, and thus Fantastic Respect was formed.
The band began by playing at local gigs, earning a reputation for their energetic performances and distinct sound. They caught their big break when they were spotted by a record executive at the SXSW music festival in 2017. Their debut album, ‘Texas Skies’, was released in 2018 and soon earned them national recognition. Fantastic Respect continues to wow audiences with their unique blend of music, innovative lyrics, and unforgettable performances.
