Backstory:
Formed in the sleepy coastal town of Santa Cruz, California in 2017, Courteous Feeling is the creation of childhood friends Jason Alvarez (vocals) and Corey Mitchell (guitar). After years of playing in local garage bands and nurturing a love for music, the two decided to take their passion to the next level by forming a band of their own. Naming themselves Courteous Feeling, the duo played their first gig at a small beach bar in their hometown, with just a handful of people in the audience. Their unique sound caught the attention of local music producer Stella Howard, who immediately saw their potential and took them under her wing. Fast-forward to today, Courteous Feeling has released two successful albums and toured across the country, making a name for themselves in the music industry.
