Backstory:

Buoyant Prince came together in the summer of 2012 in the vibrant music scene of Austin, Texas. The band was formed by a group of friends who were united by their shared love of music and their drive to create something different. The members, Jason “Jase” McAllister (vocals and guitar), Ryan “Ry” Douglas (bass), Nick “Nico” Simmons (drums), and Sean “Scout” O’Brian (keyboard and backup vocals), were all working minimum wage jobs and playing music on the side when they decided to take a leap of faith and dedicate their lives to their passion.

After a few years of playing gigs in local bars and venues, their unique sound started to gain traction. They got their big break when a song they recorded during a garage jam session went viral on social media. Almost overnight, Buoyant Prince found themselves signed to a major label, touring the country, and being hailed as the next big thing in the music industry.
