Runny Sink

Backstory:
‘Runny Sink’ was born in the heart of New York City’s underground music scene in 2015. Five friends from high school – Joey, Kyle, Liam, Adam, and Rachel – who shared a passion for music, found themselves in a dingy basement surrounded by worn-out instruments. They started playing in local dives, where they got their name. During a performance one night, a leaky sink in the bar’s restroom flooded the venue, but the band played on despite the water seeping onto the stage. This literal ‘sink or swim’ moment birthed their band name, ‘Runny Sink’.

After struggling to find their sound, they eventually created a unique blend of punk and indie rock. Their lyrics tell stories of urban life, stuck between a hard place and a rock, always with a sense of humor, which soon earned them hoards of loyal followers. Runny Sink is renowned for their electrifying performances that leave the crowd buzzing with raw energy and excitement.
