Backstory:

Wild Timber was born in the heart of the rustic Oregon woodlands, composed of four childhood friends – Adam, the passionate lead vocalist and guitarist, Cody, the charismatic drummer, Lila, the soulful keyboardist and vocalist, and Max, the energetic bassist. The bandmates grew up in the same small town, and shared a profound love for music, the great outdoors, and their community. Together, they formed Wild Timber in their early 20s, in a bid to express their love for their roots and the deep connection they felt with nature. Their music became a heartfelt tribute to their hometown, the sprawling forests surrounding it, the lumberjack culture, and the everyday small-town struggles and joys.

Each member brought a unique musical influence to the band, creating an unusual, yet captivating blend of sound that resonated deeply with the audience. Their breakout moment came in a local music festival where their raw, energetic performance and genuine lyrics instantly captured the hearts of the crowd. From there, Wild Timber’s popularity soared, and they transitioned from their humble small-town beginnings to the national music scene, carrying with them the spirit of their hometown and its wild timberlands.

Favorite Fan:

The band’s favorite fan is Jenny Thompson, a nurse from their home town. Jenny has been with them since their infancy, attending their first local shows. She says, “Wild Timber’s music is the heartbeat of our town. Their songs are more than just melodies, they are our lives, deeply woven into the fabric of our community. They sing about our people, our struggles, our joys, our traditions. And even as they’ve grown in popularity, they’ve remained true to their roots. There’s an honesty and authenticity in their music that you just can’t find anywhere else. They make us proud and remind us of who we are, and for that, they’ll always be my favorite.”
