Backstory:
Prime Intervention was formed in the summer of 2012 amid the bustling music scene of Austin, Texas. What started as a jam session at a local garage among friends Paul Clark (guitarist), Troy Evans (drummer), Emily Harris (vocalist), and Carlos Rivera (bassist), quickly evolved into a life-altering venture. They found a unique chemistry between themselves and a shared love for creating original music. Their late-night jamming sessions under the Texas stars gave birth to a new sound that the local music scene hadn’t heard before.
After a couple of years performing at local venues, they got their big break in 2014 when they were signed by independent record label, “Lone Star Records”. They’ve since released two successful albums and have toured across the United States, gathering a significant fan base with their unique blend of music.

Title:
“Rain in the Desert”
Lyrics:
(Verse 1)
[C] There’s dust on my [G] boots, and [D] pain in my [Em] heart,
[C] Chasing echoes [G] in the [D] dark.
[C] I see your [G] face, in [D] every mirage,
[Em] It’s only a [G] dream, as I [D] wander lost.
(Chorus)
[G] Rain in the [D] desert,
[Em] Tears in my [C] eyes,
[G] I’m still looking [D] for you,
[Em] Under the [C] endless sky.
(Verse 2)
[C] In the silence, [G] I hear [D] your laughter,
[Em] Memories I [G] chase, [D] ever after.
[C] Amidst the cacti, [G] under the [D] burning sun,
[Em] I search for [G] what’s [D] already gone.
(Chorus)
[G] Rain in the [D] desert,
[Em] Tears in my [C] eyes,
[G] I’m still looking [D] for you,
[Em] Under the [C] endless sky.
(Outro)
[C] And as I [G] wander,
[D] I hope to [Em] find,
[C] In this desert [G] storm,
[D] The love I’ve [Em] left behind.
