Backstory:
Spiteful Crystal sprang up in the dense underground music scene of Montreal in 2007. Comprising four childhood friends – lead vocalist Antony ‘Sparx’ Teller, guitarist Julian ‘Raven’ DuPont, bassist Evan ‘Eagle’ McAllister and drummer Casey ‘Crash’ O’Connell – they decided to create music that would resonate with the human spirit, with a unique blend of alternative rock and lyrical poesy. Named after a story Antony wrote in high school, Spiteful Crystal symbolizes the power and beauty of music that can also inflict pain if misunderstood or misused.

Full Song Lyrics:
(Verse 1)
[Am] Walking down the [G] empty streets of [F] yesterday,
[Am] Memories of [G] you are just a [F] whisper away.
[Dm] You’re the echo in my [E] soul, [Am] the beat within my [G] heart,
[Dm] Lost in the labyrinth of [E] time, [Am] where do I [G] start?
(Chorus)
[F] Echoes of Eternity, [G] whispers in the wind,
[Am] You’re the melody [G] within,
[F] Echoes of Eternity, [G] reflections in the rain,
[Am] You’re the song that eases [G] pain.
(Verse 2)
[Am] Riding on the [G] waves of dreams [F] long gone,
[Am] Fighting the tide, [G] till the break of [F] dawn.
[Dm] You’re the rhythm in my [E] veins, [Am] the symphony in my [G] mind,
[Dm] In the echoes of eternity, [E] your love I [G] find.
(Chorus)
[F] Echoes of Eternity, [G] whispers in the wind,
[Am] You’re the melody [G] within,

[Am] You’re the song that eases [G] pain.
