Backstory:
Worthy Fleet was formed in 2005 in the heart of Brooklyn, New York. The band comprises four childhood friends – Bobby Johnson (lead vocals, guitar), Mike Robinson (bass), Pete Williams (drums), and Sarah Miller (keyboard, backup vocals). The four of them grew up in the same neighborhood and shared a love for music from their teenage years. They started out playing at high school events and local pubs before they were discovered by a talent scout from an independent record label.

The band’s name, Worthy Fleet, was inspired by a graffiti they once saw on the side of an old ship in their local harbor. It symbolizes their journey from an overlooked band in the local scene to a respected name in the industry. Their story is a testament to hard work, tenacity, and the power of friendship in creating meaningful music.
