Backstory:
Previous Quarter started as a playful band in 2012 in the college dorm of Cambridge University. The band members – John, a Philosophy major, Emma, a Physics prodigy, and Nathan, an Art History enthusiast – were close friends, each with a deep passion for music. After a successful first performance at a local pub, which was initially just a means to earn free beer, they realized their unique fusion of styles was something special, something they could take to the world. So, they decided to develop and share their music, naming the band “Previous Quarter” to signify their respect for the past and their progress towards the future.
As word spread, the band quickly grew in popularity. They were known for their energetic performances, intricate compositions, and thought-provoking lyrics. However, it wasn’t always smooth sailing, they had their fair share of struggles. Yet, these difficulties became the source of their inspiration, helping them to create music that resonated with their audience.
