Backstory:
A six-man ensemble from a small town in West Virginia, ‘Easy Widow’ was born in the stifling garage of lead vocalist, Jake Reynolds. The group initially bonded over their shared love for alternative music and beer, but as they became closer, they found they also shared a common background of loss and grief. They decided to turn their shared experiences into music, seeing it as a form of collective therapy. The name ‘Easy Widow’ reflects their shared experience, signifying the ease with which life can take away the people we love.

Title:
“Delirium Moon”
Full Song Lyrics:
(Verse 1)
[G] Under the [D] delirium moon, [Em] I found you,
[C] Caught in the [G] tangles of star-lit hues.
[D] Tears streaming down, [Em] burning like the sun,
[C] I knew then, [G] baby, we were one.
(Chorus)
[G] Delirium moon, [D] take us high,
[Em] Amidst the stars, [C] we’ll learn to fly.
[G] In this night’s cocoon, [D] we’ll find our tune,
[Em] Bathed in the light, [C] of the Delirium moon.
(Verse 2)
[G] Shadows play [D] on your rosy cheeks, [Em]
[C] As we lay [G] listening to the creek.
[D] Your laughter echoes, [Em] a sweet monsoon,
[C] Under the watch [G] of the Delirium moon.
(Chorus)
[G] Delirium moon, [D] shine so bright,
[Em] Guide us through [C] this endless night.
[G] Love’s wistful boon, [D] echoing our croon,
[Em] Under the spell [C] of the Delirium moon.
