Backstory:
Ornate Pride was formed in a small garage in Chelsea, London, in the year 2010. Born out of the shared passion for music of childhood friends, Edward Banks (vocals, guitar) and Oliver Mitchell (drums), this band was initially nothing more than an after-school hobby. However, after the addition of Sofia Thompson (bass, vocals) and William Lloyd (lead guitar), Ornate Pride began to define their distinctive sound and embarked on a journey that would lead them to international fame. The band members were all in their teens when they began, balancing school studies with their undying love for music. They held their first gig at their local pub, which ignited their love for performing and laid the foundation for their future endeavours.
