Backstory:
Stained Nerve was formed in late 2015 in the heart of Nashville, Tennessee. The band started out as a group of high school friends jamming together in their parents’ basements, featuring childhood friends Tom Summers (vocals/guitar), Jack Marshall (bass), and brothers Brandon and Liam Hawkins (lead guitar and drums, respectively). Their shared love for melody-driven rock and raw, emotive lyrics quickly saw them create a unique sound that set them apart from their peers. After winning a local Battle of the Bands competition, the group was spotted by a producer who offered them a chance to record their debut album.
It didn’t take long for Stained Nerve to make waves in the music scene. They released their debut album in 2017, a self-titled work that gained them a substantial fanbase. Their sound, a mix of hard-hitting riffs and emotive lyrics, quickly garnered recognition and a faithful fanbase. As they continue to evolve, Stained Nerve remains grounded in their humble beginnings, with a clear focus on creating music that not only moves but holds a mirror to the world around them.
