Backstory:

Quintessential Destruction, often referred to as ‘QD’, was formed in 2012 in the heartland of Melbourne, Australia. A group of five rebellious university dropouts with a shared passion for music and disdain for societal norms decided to channel their chaotic energy into creating a powerful musical experience. They started their journey in a garage, working their way through local pubs and finally launching their first album in 2016.

The members, Zack Thorpe (lead vocals), Leo Griffin (guitarist), Chris Munro (drummer), Adrian Simpson (bassist), and Andy Flynn (keyboardist), blend their diverse musical backgrounds to create a unique sound. Priding themselves as the epitome of organized chaos, QD continues to defy expectations and inspire their growing fan base.

Favorite Fan:

Our favorite fan is Jasmine. She’s been there since our very first gig in the dingy corner of a local bar. She even claims to have our first ever setlist we scribbled on a napkin. Jasmine says, “QD represents a kind of freedom that’s hard to find in today’s world. Their music is raw, powerful, and honest. They are fearless in their expression and it’s intoxicating.
