Backstory:
Rectangular Invasion first came to life in the heart of the small town of Somerset, England in 2010. A group of four high school friends – Mick Longley (vocals and guitar), Jake Simmons (drums), Ruth Matthews (bass) and Tim Masters (keyboard and lead guitar) – discovered a shared passion for music that defied genre boundaries. Each member brought their unique musical influences to the table, from classic rock and grunge to folk and contemporary pop, creating a blend that resulted in a unique sound that set Rectangular Invasion apart from their peers.
Having spent years honing their skills in Mick’s garage, the band made their debut at a local music festival in 2012, where they caught the attention of a small independent label. They were praised for their energetic performances and the innovative approach to their music. Since then, they have released three albums and have performed at various music festivals around the globe, gaining a loyal fanbase along the way.

Title:
“Quantum Dreamer”
Song Lyrics:
(V) Am, G, D, Am
Floating in the cosmic sea, the Quantum Dreamer is free.
In his mind, the universe, a reality diverse.
Blink of an eye, a galaxy passes by.
Quantum Dreamer, tell me why, we can’t meet eye to eye?
(C) C, G, D, Em
Quantum Dreamer, in your flight, can you see the end of night?
In your world, where time’s a jest, where does your heart find rest?
Quantum dreamer, in your roam, do you ever miss your home?
(V) Am, G, D, Am
Through the quantum fields he drifts, through the cosmic rifts.
Sees the start and the end, but can’t comprehend.
Quantum Dreamer, in your view, is there a place for me and you?
(C) C, G, D, Em
Quantum Dreamer, in your flight, can you see the end of night?
In your world, where time’s a jest, where does your heart find rest?
Quantum dreamer, in your roam, do you ever miss your home?
