Backstory:
Rash Gun is a band that evolved from the struggles of working-class life in the industrial heartland of Detroit, Michigan. The band members, comprised of lead singer Jack “Scratch” McNulty, drummer Adam “Blast” Kowalski, bassist Sam “Thump” O’Reilly and guitarist Leo “Fret” Russo, all hail from blue-collar backgrounds, working in the city’s auto plants and steel mills. Their shared experiences of hard labor, tough times, and the pursuit of the American dream became the driving force behind their music, the fuel for their creative fire. Formed in a small garage during a hot summer in 2003, Rash Gun quickly became known for its gritty, authentic sound and raw, unfiltered lyrics, capturing the hearts and minds of those who longed for a genuine representation of their struggles and triumphs.
