Backstory:
Born in the heart of London’s underground music scene, Worrisome Blade is a band that emerged from the stormy and turbulent world of British punk in the late 1990s. The founding members, lead vocalist and guitarist Liam “Razor” O’Connor, bassist Niall “Spike” Murphy, and drummer Sean “Slam” Gallagher, were childhood friends who shared a common love for music that defied the mainstream. As teenagers, they would spend hours in their parents’ garages creating raw, powerful music that was a stark contrast to the pop and dance hits that dominated the radio. Their sounds, combined with their rebellious lyrical content, soon caught the attention of local underground venues, and they began playing small gigs. Despite numerous lineup changes, the band’s steadfast dedication to their music and fans has remained unwavering.

“Razor’s Edge”
Full Song Lyrics with Chord Progression:
(Verse 1 – Em, G, D, A)
In the heart of the city, under neon lights,
I found my spirit, in the dead of night,
On the Razor’s Edge, where the wild ones tread,
In the corners where angels fear to tread.
(Chorus – C, G, D, Em)
On the Razor’s Edge, we stand tall,
In the face of the storm, we won’t fall,
On the Razor’s Edge, we scream and shout,
In the heart of the darkness, we strike out.
(Verse 2 – Em, G, D, A)
Chaos reigns, in this concrete jungle,
Life’s a game, a constant struggle,
On the Razor’s Edge, we find our creed,
In the face of despair, we plant our seed.
(Chorus – C, G, D, Em)
On the Razor’s Edge, we won’t bow,
In the heart of the fire, we make our vow,
On the Razor’s Edge, we sing our song,
In the shadow of the night, we belong.
(Bridge – F, C, D, G)
Through the battles, we rise, we fall,
On the Razor’s Edge, we heed the call,
In the echo of the screams, we find our way,
On the Razor’s Edge, we’ll forever stay.
(Chorus – C, G, D, Em)
On the Razor’s Edge, we stand defiant,
In the face of the beast, we’re reliant,
On the Razor’s Edge, we live, we bleed,
In the heart of the storm, we’re all we need.
