Backstory:
Formed in the heart of Brooklyn, New York, in 2013, Bad Current is an amalgamation of four friends with a shared passion for music and a rebellious spirit. The band members, Ryan (vocals), Jake (guitar), Eli (bass), and Mike (drums), all hail from different musical backgrounds including punk, classic rock, blues, and indie. They found common ground in their shared disillusionment with society’s norms and their desire to express their feelings through their music. Bad Current was born out of a gritty basement jam session and quickly rose through the ranks, gaining a loyal following in the city’s underground music scene.
