Backstory:
Fronted by singer-songwriter Amelia Sinclair, Naive Campaign was formed in the heart of Los Angeles in 2011. As fellow students of a community music school, the group initially comprised of five members – Amelia, guitarist Travis Black, drummer Tim Foley, bassist Marlon Harris, and keyboardist Olivia Stone. With a shared love for music, the group began composing songs in their small garage studio. Their name, “Naive Campaign,” represents their belief that the best music comes from an innocent and sincere place, untouched by commercial pressures.
The group struggled initially, performing in small local venues and battling the fierce competition in LA’s music scene. However, their breakthrough moment came in 2013 when their self-produced EP gained traction on the internet, leading to their signing with an independent record label. Since then, Naive Campaign has been steadily rising in the Indie music scene, capturing hearts with their authentic sound and heartfelt lyrics.
