Backstory:
Quarrelsome Interview is a band that was born out of sheer serendipity. The members first met during a heated debate at a local radio station in Portland, Oregon. The members, all passionate about music and their individual points of view, found common ground in the unusual circumstances. They decided to channel their shared love for music and their knack for presenting contrasting perspectives through a band. In 2016, the band was officially formed, with Marcus on vocals and guitar, Olivia on bass, Ethan on drums, and Liam on the keys.
The band members’ strong bond and personal camaraderie are their backbone, helping them to power through challenges and setbacks. They’ve been known to passionately argue over song ideas and lyrics, but it is this passion for their craft that has helped them produce some of the most distinct and compelling tracks in the indie music scene.
