Fortunate Bonus was born when five high school friends, Adam, Baxter, Clyde, Dirk and Ezra, bonded over their shared love for music and their common dreams of making it big. In their senior year, they decided to form a band, pooling their individual talents and styles into a cohesive musical force. Despite their differences, they found harmony in their music, drawing on the rhythm of their lives to create something new and vibrant. The band went through a series of names but settled on ‘Fortunate Bonus’ as they considered themselves the unexpected yet fortunate bonus of their musical journey.
