Lonely Comfort

Backstory:
Lonely Comfort was formed in 2002 in Columbus, Ohio, by childhood best friends, guitarist Jay Peters and drummer Mike Thompson. The two friends spent their teenage years jamming in their respective garages, developing their unique sound, and dreaming of creating their own band. After finishing college, they decided to pursue their shared dream, recruiting bassist Ellie Robinson and lead vocalist Carl Foster. The band was named ‘Lonely Comfort’, inspired by their shared sentiment that music was their solace in times of loneliness. Over a decade later, Lonely Comfort has released four studio albums and toured worldwide, gaining a dedicated fanbase that resonates with their heartfelt music.
