Backstory:
Admirable Authority was born in the gritty backstreets of Birmingham, UK, in 2008. The band was formed by lead guitarist Dominic ‘Dom’ Harrison, bassist Alex ‘Rex’ Taylor, drummer Sam ‘Sledge’ Jackson, and frontman James ‘Jazz’ Astley. They were friends from childhood who shared a passion for music, using it as an escape from their mundane day jobs. Their shared experiences and struggles in life made their music richly textured, emotional, and inspiring. They started in small pubs, built a loyal fan base, and soon found themselves performing at some of the biggest music festivals across Europe.
