Backstory:
Miniature Trace, a band formed back in 2009, was the brainchild of a group of high school friends from a small town in Indiana. Seth McAvoy (vocals, guitar), Emily Rudd (drums), Lucas Jones (bass), and Megan Lewis (keyboard) were a tight-knit group of misfits who found solace in their shared love for music. Forming their band during their junior year of high school, they initially played at local gigs and school events. After winning a local battle of the bands, they were discovered by a talent scout and got their big break. Today, the world knows them as Miniature Trace, a name symbolizing their journey from a small town and their desire to leave a “miniature trace” in the music world.
