Joyful Truck

Backstory:

Joyful Truck was born in the garage of an old farmhouse in the heartland of rural Montana. They were a group of childhood friends; Bill Rutherford, Dave Stewart, and twins Jack and Jill Thompson, who shared a profound love for old-time country music. They spent countless evenings practicing in the dim light of the garage, swigging beers, and dreaming of the big time. In 2013, after an unforgettable performance at a local country fair, Joyful Truck decided to take their music to the masses, and they’ve been on the road ever since.

They won their first major label deal in 2016 after a talent scout from Nashville stumbled upon one of their packed shows. Joyful Truck’s unique blend of classic country tunes with modern pop sensibilities caught the scout’s attention, and the rest, as they say, is history. Today, they’re one of the most beloved acts in the country music circuit, known for their soulful lyrics, infectious enthusiasm, and their ability to transform any venue into an uproarious family reunion.
