Backstory:
Worried Conviction was formed in 2010 in the heart of Seattle, Washington. The band consists of four members: lead vocalist and guitarist Jake Harrison, drummer Mike Durran, bassist Alex Pierce, and keyboardist Lisa Morrell. The four friends met while attending the University of Washington, bonding over their shared love of music and desire to express themselves creatively. One night, during an impromptu jam session in their dorm room, an unexpected chemistry emerged. They realized they shared a musical synergy that was hard to deny, and thus, Worried Conviction was born.
The band slowly gained traction, playing at local bars and small music festivals around the city. Their big break came when they were invited to play at Seattle’s Summer Music Festival, earning them a record deal and catapulting them into the public eye. They became known for their thought-provoking lyrics, emotional delivery, and dynamic performances, carving out a niche that continues to resonate with fans worldwide.
