Backstory:
Considerate Yard is a band formed in the bustling city of Detroit, Michigan, in 2012. The members consist of four childhood friends: Aaron Hall (lead vocals and rhythm guitar), Jake Miller (lead guitar), Olivia Sanders (bass guitar), and Kyle Adams (drums). They’d spent their early years playing at various local gigs, charity events, and school functions, capturing the hearts of their audiences with their emotional performances and unique sound. Their name ‘Considerate Yard’ was inspired by their first practice space, Aaron’s mother’s backyard, where they would make sure to practice at reasonable hours as to not disturb the neighbors – a courtesy that was deeply appreciated and affectionally turned into their band’s moniker.
In 2015, they caught the attention of a small independent record label while performing at a local music festival. Since then, they’ve released two studio albums and have started gaining recognition on a national level. Despite their success, the band still holds true to their humble beginnings, often returning to their roots to play gigs at local venues and support aspiring musicians in their community.
